In 2009, the Clark County Health District and Delta Dental Foundation partnered to develope a regional oral health outreach campaign targeted to the high-risk population of adults aged 55+ in a three county region.
With emphasis on adults receiving Medicaid, the program was designed to achieve several goals. First, provider-targeted materials aimed to create an improved, coordinated system of care for this population between medical, dental and pharmaceutical providers. Patient-directed materials aimed to boost awareness of the critical relationship betwen oral health and total health, while specifically enrolling as many participants into the program as possible.
Numa Marketing was hired early in the program design. We led the team in selecting a program name, and provided strategic feedback to the program development. Later, we designed the program identity, as well as both provider-directed, and patient-directed print publications.
