Purpose: The Oregon Network for Compassionate Communication (ORNCC) provides an annual training conference keynoted by world-renowed communication and conflict resolution expert, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.

While past workshops focused on an alternative audience, ORNCC wished to expand their customer base by reaching business executives and community leaders with a business-communication focused workshop series. As this was a very new target market for them, the client needed support in identifying the best possible messaging to reach this audience, as well as designing materials and promotion strategies to maximize course registrations.
