Purpose: A small, independent publisher, PuddleDancer Press develops and publishes books and publications based on the Nonviolent Communication process developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. They also serve as the marketing arm of the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), an international peacemaking and training organization.

In 2006, the organization launched an indepdent enewsletter, after several years of publishing a joint publication with CNVC. It was important that the publication retain a careful balance between product promotion (via monthly book specials) and engaging content that successfully enrolled new subscribers, while also retaining those who'd been on their list for years.

Specific support included:

• Graphic design of e-newsletter template
• Development of editorial calendar
• Copy writing and editing for each monthly publication
• Coordination of article contributors
• Layout and design of each monthly publication
