what you receive:
- One Key Marketing Piece — Choose from a trifold brochure, bi-fold brochure (11x17 folded in half in booklet format), print newsletter, or eNewsletter design. Your support includes copywriting, graphic design, and prepress (for print).
- Business Card Design — We wil design a professional looking business card for lead generation, ongoing networking, and marketing of your nonprofit or business. Your design with have a consistent look as your brochure. Support includes prepress.
our process:
- Creative Brief — Once you've ordered you're package, you will receive an email with our creative brief form. Fill this out as completely and thoughtfully as possible to ensure we have everything we need to design the print collateral concept you want.
- Collateral Design Concepts Presented —Within 5 working days of receiving your creative brief, we will present by email, two design concepts of your key marketing piece and business card. You choose one concept, with or without minor changes, to move forward with.
- Develop Your Collateral Copy— We work in partnership with you to write engaging, results-driven copy for your marketing piece. Within 5 working days of selecting the design concept you want, we will draft your copy and incorporate it into your design layout. A PDF of the design drafts will then be emailed to you.
- Review and Revisions — You receive up to three rounds of revisions on content and minor design changes. Additional revisions (if necessary) can be purchased at our $100 per hour.
- Finalizing Materials — Once your materials are approved, we will conduct prepress for the printer of your choice, and either provide a zip file of the complete files, or email them directly to your printer. We will also give you FTP access to download all native files for your archive.
