This communications consulting start-up team sought our leadership to build their business plan and launch strategy from the ground up. Over a series of workshops with the co-founders, we collaboratively built the fundamentals of their brand strategy, business identity and competitive positioning, ultimately recommending a niche of services and a unique organizational analysis research methodology that grew from their unique skillset and personalities. Core to this support was arriving at their business name—Glass Elevator—which stood as a metaphor for breakthrough thinking during times of significant organizational change.
We developed a tagline, logo, graphic identity and fully branded service names and client deliverables. And we executed a comprehensive messaging platform and launch marketing plan to meet ambitious start-up revenue goals.
