As a small business start up, Natural Instincts initially approached Numa Marketing for help with a local advertising insert design. We immediately recommended an alternate marketing strategy. The owner had a crystal clear, passionate vision for her business—provide healthy, natural pet food, supplies and training services for her beloved community and their pets. Her vision included a commitment to empower her customers with pet-related education while building a highly personalized customer experience. Her current advertising strategy was targeting the wrong consumer, and her brand wasn’t yet aligned to what made her boutique shop "remarkable."
We worked in partnership with the business owner to articulate an emotionally engaging brand that spoke directly to her values and business origin story. Using the existing logo design, we provided a comprehensive brand strategy package complete with tagline, messaging framework, and customer experience design. We then developed a full set of print marketing collateral to get the business off and running.
