The Professional Recovery Network of Oregon (PRN) is a nonprofit organization that links licensed professionals struggling with substance abuse or mental health disorders to critical recovery information and resources. PRN was in the pre-launch phase when they approached Numa Marketing. They were in need of a credible brand identity and emotionally engaging website that disarmed potential patients. Given the highly vulnerable state their target audience was in, we wanted site visitors to immediately self-identify and connect to success stories from similarly credentialed professionals.
Numa provided a complete brand identity design package for the organization. Next, we integrated the brand identity into a custom website design. Stories were gathered from PRN clients and incorporated into the homepage, helping visitors find hope and break down feelings of shame that often keep them from obtaining the resources they need.
The PRN team was thrilled with the resulting identity and website design, indicating that it surpassed their expectations and provided above-and-beyond value. The website continues to serve as an important outreach and enrollment tool for the organization.
